On a very steep slope and is therefore deemed unsuitable for existing detached house this property was built in wood frame construction. Above the concrete base stacked four living and sleeping levels, each with about 35 m² of space to a "tower" of each other. Large areas of glazing to the side of the valley to connect with each other inside and out and offer charming views of the landscape of the Sauerland. Highly insulated external components are supplemented by solar panels positioned on the roof, the piece of wood heating and a ventilation system with heat recovery make sense, so is that the energy balance of the house just above the passive house standard.
