Window to the hairdresser

The couple runs a hair salon owners in Glauchau, who until now was only the ground floor of the old town house at the entrance to downtown. The clients wanted an extension of the living room to the first floor, which should be accompanied by a restructuring of the plan. On several occasions the building was built in the 1970s, creating a highly tortuous and difficult-to structuring ground plan. The layout of the first Floor was therefore largely free of interior walls and created a breakthrough to the ground floor. The balcony on the north side of the first Floor was added to the interior and fitted with a glass facade. The eastern part of the plan was largely intact, only the fronts have been opened generous. The salon spaces are read by monitor type glass facades with frames in stainless steel look. On two sides of the building is now like in a shop window or on a screen in the pub operating experience.
