Because the land is so narrow, the architects planned an elongated structure at the edge of the property. The existing garage was partly built over. The elongated cube in lightweight timber was equipped ground floor with an airy living-dining room and open kitchen. Ground floor and first floor are connected by an air space.

First of all, to call the draft a success. only in the execution, I wonder who as to which building regulations which for some completely missing (roof terrace, bathroom windows) or non-compliant are (at least according hbo still horizontal railing activities, through special adapt! bridge and confirmed gallery) crash fuses for display of completion. because one can architect himself not let a deviation statement signed by the client rid of his liability.
