On a 1400 Quadtrameter of land in the west of Munich is the home of CC, which was designed by lynx architecture. From the street side are the advantages and the main building with a garage forecourt, which leads to the main entrance. From here one enters the U-shaped ground floor with kitchen, dining and living area of the family. All the rooms flow into one another. A large dining table, together with the open atrium to the south, the center of the house. To the east is the living room into the garden and the pool on, the water adjacent to the building.
An air space connects the earth with the upper floor and provides additional light through a skylight. In the L-shaped upper floor, the spaces are arranged. To the west is a blickgeschützte roof terrace which is connected by stairs to the atrium. In the basement are guests and spa rooms housed. You will be exposed to the east on a terraced Tiefhof oriented and ventilated.
For the facade, the architects gave up any ornamentation. She is dressed on all sides with vorvergrauten larch wooden slats, which belongs to another graying design concept to, because then the building over time will still be more involved in his surroundings. The electrically operated Faltschiebeläden built for the house. You can close completely, or lock in different positions, so that the building presents itself always different to the outside.
